Thread: usurfruct tested

Do any of you legal eagles out there know if a usurfrut has been tested in a thai court and with what result

^Usfruct have been 'tested' all the way to the Supreme Court. It rather depends in what capacity/circumstances you refer to.

Basically, usfruct have been held to be legal (as per the provisions of the CCC). The enforceability of a usfruct relationship does, however, depend on the underlying facts.

As such, a blanket statement that "usfruct arrangements are legally binding and enforceable" is not possible without knowing more details.
