Is anyone else having problems with their email?
I use Outlook Express and Thunderbird via TOT and True and I can't connect (send. I can receive) to any of 3 email accounts on 2 different servers.
Thank fuck for Yahoo!

I get STMP error on one mail site but others are still working
A couple of folks in another office can access one of them ok. I guess it's related to this internet cable problems we're having.
Have you tried changing outgoing mail server to
smtp.totisp.net
I had the same problem earlier in the week and that fixed it.
^
Great. Thanks Crunchie.
Greens on the way
These guys seem to constantly change what ports they're going to block. Sometimes 25 works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes 587 works and sometimes not. My host offers 26 as an alternative, but it too is sometimes blocked.
I run postfix and whether or not I can send mail with it is enormously unpredictable....
That seemed to fix it!
It was TOT who told us to change the settings saying they were having problems with their servers at the moment.
^ the useless gits never told me.
They didn't actually let us know - we had to call them!
Was able to receive mails for a few days, but nothing went out for those 4 days !
Solved by turning off and on again, that PC machine...
I tend to just close the screen and let PC go to hybernate...
Has anyone got any other servers to use for AIS. They're Really pissen me , I do nothing to my OUTLOOK account and get the 'cannot connect to SMTP server.'
Im using mail.gsmadvance.com
I can ping the mail server of this and others that I use ie. yahoo, and have disabled firewall/anti virus, and using outgoing port 25. tried 26 no dice.....
