Why?
This Windows 10 is 'clean' thank you to MS.
It works very well.
One minor glitch which my wife remedied.
7.13 was good but it is time to move ahead.

Yeah, one can do this this through official Microsoft protocol or just Google: Uninstall Windows 10 and reinstall Windows 7, as there are scores of legitimate and sound step-by-step procedures....even non-geeks like me can succeed.

A caveat - have make sure that Win10 package is completely removed before reinstalling 7, otherwise the very stubborn/secure 10 will override any newly install/reinstalled software.

Windows 10 is streets ahead of any Windows version in speed, reliability and security.

A few people get their arses in a twist over the telemetry, but the silly cunts mostly use Android or Apple phones anyway, so they mostly don't know what they're on about.

Windows 7 was released on Oct. 22 2009.
Now, I have Windows 10 Pro & Opera for free.
Beautiful combination.
