Yes, as long as one is prepared to use a proxy server and pay money for using it. My provider gives me a block of ten IP addresses and each can be assigned to a separate device. Currently, only three of these are in regular use so lots of spare capacity. Of course, I can have ten FTP servers if I want as well, each with a separate address.

I wouldn't like the idea of using a third party server as it is my intention to have direct contact with my friends. I have security without too much complexity for them to deal with.
