    Android. USB problem

I have an Asus Transformer TF101. I plug in my memory stick and I can view the files/play the films I downloaded from my desktop. I have another USB stick that isn't detected when I plug that in to the Asus. What is wrong? I'm not computer literate, so please be gentle with me. I've tried Google-ing but nothing.

Put your memory card in your pc.
Go to computer where you will see the card as one of your drives
Right click on that drive then click "Format"

There are 2 file systems you can format the card to
    FAT 32 OR NTSC
maybe your taransformer only understands FAT32

It might be the overhead manersprocket. Try hitting it with a left-handed screwdriver.

Thank you Dillinger for the advice. I looked up what format my machine accepted and it accepts both NTFS & Fat32.
So anyways the first USB stick was recognized and that was in FAT32. My second USB sick that wasn't recognized was in NTFS. So I reformatted it to Fat32. Sorry but machine still doesn't recognize it on plug-in. I'll just have to accept it's a dodgy stick.
