Seems like CMN has a better taste in beer than in interior decoration.
Nope. He drinks Singha.Originally Posted by Fabian

oh you righteous One...home is cute though
Soi's along the superhighway, near Lanna Hospital. Up to 6 months ago I had a 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen, 2-Storey Teak house with private yard there for 3,500 a month. That was on Soi Lanna, right beside the hospital about 100 yards up from Green Mill restaurant if anybody knows where that is. There were quite a view like that in the area, plenty of for-rent signs with prices between 2,000 and 6,000 plus 3mths deposit.
As long as you stay away from the newer Moo Baans and anywhere within 2 miles of a Rim-Ping store it's not too difficult to find a good reasonably priced house. Just get in the car or on the bike and spend a day or two cruising the back-streets looking for for-rent signs.
OK, does it have a cable connection? WiFi? I hate the curtains. It's nice and clean, tho.
^ i'm sure we can arrange to repaint the curtains also!
But what about the garden - is that nice? Will you be able to fall asleep to the sounds of cicadas and frogs and wake up to the sounds of birds singing? Can you get broadband in the the area? How far is it to the nearest shop? What are the neighbours like?
These are all important questions that need to be answered.
Any error in tact, fact or spelling is purely due to transmissional errors...
Does it come with the fridge and any furniture? Cooker? I would like a bigger fridge. How many close neighbours? Do they do karaoke? Well water or govt?
If I may...
It is very nice, albeit a bit compact.Originally Posted by Whiteshiva

Nice place but would paint it something different to attract buyers.
Those colors are to much to handle. other than that it is a very nice place.

thanks a lot Marmite.
we'll work out a commission next week.
I was interested, but CMN just redded me, so I think I'll pass.
^no I didn't....
Did I??
Must stop drinking so much.
Tell you what WS, I'll never red you again if you buy it.
Exactly...check any or all the realty websites here in CMai. The rents demanded are exorbitant. Which explains why many realty ads for both rentals and sales have been listing the same homes for years. Some like the Traydr Newz haven't updated their web site pages in ages. I have copies of homes currently for sale that I made a decade ago; albeit one huge Thai Modrn in a rice paddy that had been asking 25 Mil did sell 2 years ago for less than half the asking price. Want to really enjoy paradise, check the outlandish prices being demanded for a similarly-named project built about 8 years ago of sun-baked clay bricks in reclaimed rice paddies with views of a lake to the front which is the village pond and youth nocturnal rendezvous. Sunken Love pits in the living rooms are accidents waiting to happen. Not many so gullible...
I am sure it is a nice house, but as I have never been invited there I cannot recommend it
Singha is fine
