If sinks are wall-mounted, the waste and feed pipes are set at a different height to those that are pedestal-mounted. If the toilet style is a sealed-side design (ie flat-sided without the s-bend shape visible), they are super tricky to install, as the only space to access the seal when fitting is from the back).
