Being the nice bloke that I am I'm going to post a few links to some cheat sheets that are on a site I use.

Theyre all PDF's so you'll need a PDF reader to view them. Print them out, stick them somewhere you can see them and memorise the useful ones as they can save lots of time or make things easier to use.

This ones for loads of Photoshop shortcuts, useful for me as Ive just started using PS again after a few years away from it
