I've seen loads of Thais in both Sunrise and Coyote on many occasions. They always seem to be enjoying the food also. And I've been to Coyote with groups of Thais a few times and the food always gets the thumbs up.
Similar with Indian food - often when I go to an Indian restaurant there will be Thais in there tucking into the food, and I'll usually be in the company of a few Thai people also who enjoy the food as much as the farrangs.
Not really sure where these "Thais don't like Indian or Mexican food" myths come from...
