Obviously, aside from the one follower who was granted parole (who had a minor role?) none of the surviving members will ever be released.

having just listened to a debate on extremism and watching genghis61's vid you have a point Surin.
knew someone with similar traits in England in the 70's and he was eventually given a very wide berth.
sometime later in the 80's he did a trip to Thailand and never came back.
    or couldn't.
he had some kind of charisma but he also had a very nasty side which i witnessed.

It's no excuse for murder, but Charles Manson had a thoroughly lousy, abused childhood.

Check out his autobiography, as dictated and transcribed by a prison visitor.

    Who did Manson murder....?
    Guilty by association?

    I think not.

If those are the rules - then heads of state are guilty by association from the military murders committed worldwide......[and other examples]

These heads of state might be just as sociopathic as Manson [et al].
    Figuratively.

You mean who did he kill personally? By his own hand?

It's in the book I cited. He is quite open about it.

It wasn't one of the Helter Skelter killings. It happened just before then. I recall it was a drugs dispute.

The only reason as to why the overt and continued attention towards the likes of Manson, is because THEY continue to implant the suggestion.

Repeated over and again. Easy for them. Easy for us.
