A tattooist in Australia has been charged with assault after allegedly inking a 40cm penis on the back of a 'friend' who he'd had an argument with.

Queensland Police say the 25-year-old victim had been visiting the tattooist at home when he was talked into getting a tat.

He asked for a yin and yang symbol with some dragons, but instead ended up with a 40cm penis on his back, it wasn't until it was finished he realised what had happened.

Cops say the man claimed he was also punched and thrown out of the house adding that he'd been in an argument with the 21-year-old tattooist prior to being inked.

Yes that's right, he agreed to let the man he'd just been arguing with, tattoo him. Oops. The tattooist is due to appear in court next month charged with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one charge relating to the Public Safety Act.

The tattoo apparently also included a slogan suggesting the victim was homosexual and will cost £1,000 to remove.

bit hard to prove that. the other bloke sat down and asked him to tattoo him, wasnt against his will.

An Australian man who helped a backyard tattooist ink a large male genital on another man's back has been sent to jail.

Christopher William Lord, 23, was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment with a parole release date of March 12 at the Ipswich District Court in Queensland on Friday after pleading guilty to assault occasioning bodily harm.

Lord was charged with assisting friend Matthew Francis Brady, 24, in tattooing a 40cm long penis onto another man's back after the trio had spent an afternoon drinking at Brady's Ebbw Vale home in October 2010.

Brady was sentenced for his part in the crime in 2011.

The Queensland Times reports the pair had convinced the third man, who is on a disability pension, to get a tattoo of a dragon and tiger on his back.

After he agreed they then drew the penis, testicles and an obscene phrase on his back without the man's knowledge, the report says.

The victim has reportedly since had the tattoo covered after an Ipswich tattooist donated his services.

They have an Ebbw Vale in Straya?

That's the funniest part of the story.....
