and employees on the rig are saying that the cap was changed the day of the disaster on orders of a BP employee.

Lets stop making BP out to be a saint. According to locals in the gulf BP is making it very difficult to place claims and BP has a history of living on the lower levels of safety.

This makes the Exxon Valdes look like an oil leak from your car.
