    I've been in the long nosed Peterbuilt trucks in the USA and can understand how that could happen with one of those, the hood blocks your view of the ground, but this truck is a cab over and they have good frontal vision. This driver must have been operating at about the same level as a Thai bus driver because there is no way you could not see the car in this type of truck.
