while I have some sympathy for the disabled I did two legs of the whitbread round the world, with the crew including a victim of Polio, he performed nearly as well as the rest of the crew.

The girl has struck the jack pot, (imagine how a one armed disabled girls life would be in cambo) you would think that she would move heaven and earth to comply with the rules.

Polio varies in it's severity significantly. Sadly, Sokkha's is a particularly bad case. If you have any knowledge of CamboDIA (not Cambo) as you seem to believe you have you would know that the health system is not good at all and as such the treatment she received for polio was poor and hence her condition is especially disabling.

I'm sitting here musing how you are making wild accusations on nothing more than supposition. Why are you anti-khmer? Have a thai wife by any chance??? There i go, i'll make my own supposition but at least it's an educated one.
