Cut 2cm grooves into your pork chops and push basil leaves into them with the back of a knife. Then grate some garlic and massage into it before gently placing it/them on the griddle with some olive oil.

Scatter a few basil leaves around the griddle to go crispy, the great thing about this Scampy creation is that you can use withered, 2 day old basil.

Mash a big spud with some butter and milk and mix in the burnt garlic and basil from the griddle.

Fucking delicious, I'm telling you - see how much you care about swine flu after licking your plate.

I actually did BOb and the historical facts you seem to hold so close to your heart.

It's blokes like you and Willy with your noses in books and surfing internet forums and that are so tied up in statistics and 14th century teachings that really worry me.

I really believe in what I have posted here and fear that what I have mentioned is not entirely out of the question.

I am sure that people will react as you have but I know there are many others who feel the same and if you go scroll back about 20 posts you will find another member who admitted to just yesterday discussing the same horrific theories as I have mentioned with his friends in the UK.
