Doubt we will ever know how many or who. Navy Seals tend not to talk to much about work related activity.

Seals normally deploy using 4 or 8 team members. The operational team used to do the shooting may not have been typical but likely number is 4 or 8. Weapon used was likely a modified M14 the Seals have adapted as a light sniper rifle. Effective range 500 meters.
