Will test hiv+ always.

Viral load reduces to undetectable below 20-50 parts/ml depending on test in use. Its still there due to reservoirs of infection in body.

Chances of infecting someone if hiv+ and indetectable viral load are much reduced, but still a chance of passing on virus
