I think you nailed it right on the head. This is America's first generation that will have a lower living standard than their parents. Combine that with the sense of entitlement and you have lots of frustration. I'm guessing that this guy wasn't getting laid much either (more frustration). There's something about the prescription drugs, too. SSRI anti-depressants can lead to suicidal behavior. Dr. Peter Breggin ("Toxic Psychiatry") has been warning the public about this for many years. It will be interesting to see what drugs the guy had been treated with.
