    Timeline:

1)Trump rejects non proliferation treaty, but Russia is to blame...citing some fake technical infraction.

2)Trump is now free to spunk public money on nuclear weapons contracts for:
Boeing, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, GenCorp Aerojet, Huntington Ingalls, Lockheed Martin, Babcock & Wilcox, Bechtel, Honeywell International and URS Corporation, Aecom, Flour, Jacobs Engineering, SAIC, Alliant Techsystems and Rockwell Collins.

3)Russia makes some vague reference to US stupidity.

    4)Russia is Evil.

Don't see this context anywhere in the article, neither does it mention installing a nuke base in Saudi.

I think you should try and hide that you attempted to distort the truth by missing out the facts. I know, why you don't you write a long email that has nothing whatsoever to do with what you said?

    That's an idea!

What a great idea. Ask The Hungarians Poles former Czeckoslovakians Ukranians, Tartars, etc etc. I'm sure they'd all agree. How long has your brain been without oxygen you thick Algerian turd burglar? Obviously too long.

^It seems that you do not have a clue: That what you are mentioning has nothing to do with the current state of Russian Federation.

Anyway, do you think that they should do it somehow similarly as it was done in Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, to name just few?
