It doesn't, he likes to avoid the relevant bits like the good toady.

In December, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo cited material evidence that Russia has quietly added nuclear-tipped missiles that are currently banned by the treaty to its colossal arsenal. He said Russia has developed "multiple battalions of the SSC-8 missiles," a move that falls outside the arms agreement.

"Its range makes it a direct menace to Europe," he said after a meeting with his NATO counterparts.

Pompeo then offered Russia an ultimatum: Come into compliance of the agreement within 60 days or the United States will exit the weapons pact.

You say the article already provided the relevant context, but yet you still felt compelled to provide another article with the context
    -----------------------

    Timeline:

1)Trump rejects non proliferation treaty, but Russia is to blame...citing some fake technical infraction.

2)Trump is now free to spunk public money on nuclear weapons contracts for:
Boeing, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, GenCorp Aerojet, Huntington Ingalls, Lockheed Martin, Babcock & Wilcox, Bechtel, Honeywell International and URS Corporation, Aecom, Flour, Jacobs Engineering, SAIC, Alliant Techsystems and Rockwell Collins.

3)Russia makes some vague reference to US stupidity.

    4)Russia is Evil.

Don't see this context anywhere in the article, neither does it mention installing a nuke base in Saudi.

I think you should try and hide that you attempted to distort the truth by missing out the facts. I know, why you don't you write a long email that has nothing whatsoever to do with what you said?

    That's an idea!
