Not far off that now. At the minute the hard yards are being done by the food banks which is keeping nurses and the like fed. I do a lot of work for the local food bank, averaging 30-50 kilos of food donated to them each week, and in a very affluent rural area of the UK, it is fucking disgusting the stories you hear, often from people actually working, or people with a disability who can not work. The UK is shit - utterly heartless and the people are deceiving themselves.
