Of course it is worth considering.
The US, UK and France say that there is irrefutable proof, yet they are unwilling to show us that proof, they are not even willing to wait for the OPCW to investigate.. instead the video of the alleged victims has been used by the media to create momentum behind the US, UK and French narrative.
Now three news agencies, the Independent in the UK, AFP in France and NTV in Germany have all visited Douma and they have spoken to people who were in that video or in proximity on the night in question that say there was no chemical attack.
Who to believe? Should we jump to simple conclusions, or should we weigh up the evidence first?
At this point, with no evidence coming from the US, UK or France, or from the OPCW I would consider that the information coming from reporters on the ground of eyewitness accounts to the event hold considerably more credence than the MSM narrative.
Of course harry and snub will say that the Russians have forced the witnesses to say that under duress, but it seems unlikely in reality. The reporters seem to have gained access to the witnesses simply by going off the beaten journalist track and making their own way to the neighborhood and hospital where this alleged incident took place, many of those interviewed seemed totally unaware of the furore brewing outside of Douma over the alleged incident and surprised that the interviewer thought there had been a chemical attack.
Should we just wait to see what the OPCW have to say?
If they say there is no evidence, will harry and snub behave like good MSM lab rats and say that the Russians have cleaned away all traces before the OPCW got there..? Most probably. That's certainly bound to be the US. UK and French position.
And what if the OPCW say there is evidence of a chemical attack? Will Russia and Syria accuse the OPCW of being in the pocket of the US, UK and France and escalate the conflcit even further?
Either way it seems the US agenda will continue unabated, after all in this case they have already concluded they are right and sent missiles in to fufil their sense of American justice.
At this point, I'm happy to consider the view of the jounalists that have visited Douma as the most credible evidence we have so far.
