Dubai is suffering a major loss of forex because of the publicity this case has generated worldwide.
If Dubai wants to attract future investment to its damaged image then it needs to relax it's laws and have an amnesty.

Millions of people manage to visit, live and socialise in Dubai without getting into bother.

He could have avoided it by simply shrugging his shoulders and spending another Bt80.
