If so, why do you say the IS are not Muslim, which a reasonable person might take to mean they are also not Islamic?

Nobody hates or blames ALL Muslims, the problem is ISLAM itself, not Muslims, or them interpreting the handbook of violence the koran in a certain way. These murderers are just carrying out Mohammad orders, that many others agree with by the way.
