    An F-ed up country.

The US should have never helped them against Germany.

The US gave them 8,000 planes.

    "Gave"?

    Land-Lease:
The UK was supplied 3x times more than USSR (and they repaid it only in 2006):

A total of $50.1 billion worth of supplies was shipped. In all, $31.4 billion went to Britain, $11.3 billion to the Soviet Union, $3.2 billion to France, and the rest to others.

How Bush's grandfather helped Hitler's rise to power
    Saturday 25 September 2004

George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.

The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

There's a journalist Malcome McKensie who was once the editor of the "Sun " newspaper who is being done for referring to a footballer looks, when the footballer pulled out the race card and said " My grandads Nigerian "
    Another Murdock sacking, goodbye Malc.

To be fair the soviets did chip in 26 million or so lives. Nearly 14% of the population. Vastly outnumbering the human cost of WWII to any other nation including Germany.

The vast majority of the blood and guts of WWII was spilled on the eastern front by Russians.

A really good help (count the years with me):
    US entered the war in Dec 1941 (was forced to enter), then awaiting in England;
    -1942
    -1943
    -1944 June 6th, Day D
    ---
    total 2.5 years

(I know, sure, they were helping somewhere else (however not always very successfully), but was it a help to Russians?)

You have never been there have you? if you had you might have seen that no country is more anti another war than Russia. Losing 20 million in the last one had quite an impact. They could of course won the war, as they did, without a few planes. Men and tanks won the war and they faced 20 German divisions, not 3 or 4 like the west did.

Right that's why they flattened Chechnya twice, invaded Georgia and started a war in Ukraine. Another RT reader I see.

Putin of course is a great humanitarian totally free of any corruption. Probably got his love for for his fellow man from that great humanitarian organisation where he spent many years lovingly helping people at the Kind and Generous Bureau. Better known as the KGB. In Chechnya he was saving the world from radical Chechnians. In Georgia he was saving the world from radical Georgians, in the Ukraine he is still saving the world from radical Ukrainians and in Russia he is saving the world from radical opposition parties and radical journalists.
    You're my hero Vladimir Vladimirovich.

‘Have you any common sense?’ – Putin Rebuts Top BBC Journalist’s Biased Questions
    OCTOBER 22, 2015

(Poor ol' John Simpson was to ask silly questions - and how he was humiliated)
BTW, has any POTUS been ever able to answer inconvenient questions (in case such question being ever allowed) at a forum like Putin? (Perhaps, only GWBush )

And there are so many his clever answers on Youtube (without using any ugly rhetoric as we hear from others)

(The following interview has been viewed, in total, over one million times, which is testament to how powerfully it really is

That's just the tip of the iceberg.
