"Threatening" and doing are very different things. Russia has turned it's cheek a couple of times now so there is no certainty. But the calls and propaganda are certainly rising.

The Russian Foreign Minister has suggested that anybody, including their funders, trainers, armers, militarily directed, attacking the Syrian citizens, hospitals, water supplies in the Government held portions of Aleppo and the rest of Syria should also be"investigated"/reported on/held to account by the MSM. That would of course not include any of the P4+1. But NATO, Israel and the Gulf countries fall into one or more of the categories.

The sheeple would then get confused.
