Not sure it matters as Oregon is one of those non-libertarian states where they don't leave it to personal responsibility to decide is fucking a goat in your moms basement is wrong or not.

Cannot see the 1 year sentence repressing his carnal urges.

Idiots that come out with such a ridiculous proposition in the UK should face prosecution, as well as persecution. Indeed, execution.

One of the increasingly difficult aspects of modern British life to get one's mind round is the phenomenon of the apparently intelligent who now utter total bollox but are, nevertheless, taken seriously.

This professional heart bleeder, Shuker, went to Cambridge and graduated with his MA etc and now is climbing the greasy pole yet he can subscribe to a daft measure utterly unenforceable in law and completely without any merit whatsoever.

If a Czech/Slovak/Ukrainian slapper wants to flog her pussy for profit to a monger on a drinkfest weekend then that's her choice. By criminalising her patrons it would restrict her right to trade in her own country and as such would constitute a breach of several EU protocols. Also, how would anyone mount a prosecution in the UK without a complainant? And how could one prosecute a non-continuing offence in the UK which was committed in another jurisdiction where it was lawful.

Frankly, it's just so fucking stupid it could only be a labour initiative.

Fortunately, no-one has to listen to these fucking idiots.

All-Party Parliamentary Groups are informal groups of Members of both Houses with a common interest in particular issues.
And frankly SA nailed it and here is the proof:

    Officers
Chair & Registered Contact Mr Gavin Shuker Labour (Co-op)
Vice Chair Lord McColl of Dulwich Conservative
    Secretary Fiona Mactaggart Labour
    Treasurer Mike Kane Labour

    Added:
In March 2012, Shuker was one of three MPs who signed a letter sent to the Advertising Standards Authority asking it to reverse its decision to stop the Christian group "Healing on the Streets of Bath" from making explicit claims that prayer can heal. The letter called for the ASA to provide indisputable scientific evidence that such healing did not work.

    Twat.
