Well a mate of mine started doing this "diet" about 8-9 months ago. It's been around for quite a while.
To say it has transformed him is an understatement. He was never that much overweight when he was young, but a combination of working long hours, no exercise and shit food, meant he ballooned to 110kgs and he is only 5'8"
He is now 87 kgs
It's like a religion to him and is a lifestyle change.
You can't argue if it works. Mind you it's a bit weird.Sticks butter in his black coffee.Won't drink milk, eat bread or any wheat, chilies, brown rice, uncooked kale or any alcohol.
