Watched The Sisters of Magdilin the other night and the story of 3 girls who were taken into the covent/workhouses.

Mother theresa could have done more to ease the suffering of the sick but Image was more important. The more grisly the place looked, the happier she was.

Philomena is another film about a girl who was sent off to the workhouse, and her baby was taken from her.

The Magdalene Sisters was an eye opener - especially that it went on for so long. I bought the DVD years ago. There was a second DVD in the box, which was an interview with the real women who the film was about. That was heartwrenching to watch.

I have no sentiments on what the Catholics want to do about Mother Teresa, sainthood or not.
