I don't want people to think this is another "White cop vs. black citizen / detainee case.

Looks like the case is already falling apart, the 2 white cops on bikes were charged because the prosecutor alleged they illegally arrested and imprisoned Gray.
The knife Gray had was not illegal according to the prosecutor, so he was unlawfully arrested.
Court lists the knife as a spring loaded, single hand operated switch blade, which is illegal to carry.

Now the homicide ruling from the medical examiner is in doubt, the district attorney's investigators alleged a homicide ruling, but the police detectives have not been informed of this by the medical examiner.
