Not uncommon for anything usual but "unusual" or "not common" to arouse suspicion in American suburban neighborhoods.

Just walking down the sidewalk can cause suspicion and be defined as "suspicious behavior." Especially if you are recognized or have been seen before.

It's very creepy.
