As for citing the article about the railway network in China, so what.
They stole the technology off Siemens years ago and they're still using the same technology.
I'll admit it's a great rail network but only because they're plowing so much money into it, nothing innovative or particularly outstanding quality wise.
Here's a thought, if china make such high quality products why do those Chinese who can afford it buy foreign brands rather than Chinese brand cars? Or in fact anything.

Yes, even the Chinese are aware of the quality issues with Chinese made products.
