He's already been fired from the police , not suspended, which wont look good in court .

A lot of the police are faggoty drama queens, playing some gay control freak game .

Many gas stations etc are held up by gunmen every year , but the staff don't wet their pants every time a customer reaches in his jacket pocket , and they don't start swinging their baseball bat.

Nothing to do with the court, fired or not, could have shoot a few the day before, not relevant to the charge.
The prosecution needs to prove that the cop didn't think the guy was going or a weapon.
If he was charged for doing bad police work, out and about without a brain, guilty, but he hasn't.
    Jury will decide.

    Wrong
The jury will take note that he has been fired, whether that's within their remit or not .
Fired because the police have already decided he is guilty and washed their hands of him .
I wonder who is paying his legal bills - the police union ? doubt it.
