Such generalisations are rarely, if ever, 'true'.
A personal experience of a seleted few of a group raised to a generalisation is prejudice, negative sentiments following this in word and deed are discrimination, when the group of people belong to a race, it's racism.
It's a sort of discrimination and insults, yes, but hardly racism. Racism has hardly anything to do with nationalities.Originally Posted by stroller

Ok repeat after me lilly, Israelis are citizens of Israel, Israelite is a slang term for grouping jews
Fekk, Butterfly, Israel is a country, an Israeli is a person, a Jew most likely.
"Muslims" are not a race, that's a religious slur - it's on the same level as racism.Muslims are scums. Now that's racism.
It's possible that race is a purely social classification used to advance political ends. Maybe classifying people by their hair colour or their eye colour would have the same validity. There doesn't seem to be any agreement on what makes a race and whenever people do try to define it it just leads to an almighty shitstorm.

Israeli is a nationality based on a fucking country. Which part is it hard to understand ? it has nothing with being jewish or labelling Israeli a race or a religion.
Israeli national identity is based on race and religion.
"Israeli" as an adjective refers to the country of Israel.
The way you used it was a substantive, referring to a person of Israeli nationality.
There is a big difference in offensiveness between saying "Israeli foreign policy is crap" "Israel is crap" "Israelis are crap"
Maybe you've never been insulted on the basis of your nationality, or what makes it so difficult to understand the differences?

An Israelite is a member of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, descended from the twelve sons of the Biblical patriarch Jacob who was renamed Israel by God in the book of Genesis, 32:28. The Israelites were a group of Hebrews, as described in the Hebrew Bible. There are modern historical debates about the origins of the Hebrews/Israelites

Has anyone here had sex with an Israeli, and if so, how would you rate it?
Despite their attitude, some of the Israeli "after army" chicks here are pretty hot.
