O.K> Andy, Us Merkins will try them, then can we hang them for you? Makes me feel good all over giving the self righteous fuks a fair and square trial. More than they'd give you or me.

BTW, what did they do wrong? Oh yea, they want to kill all non-Muslims and were setting up camps to train assassins and terrorists. I think there are 14 or 15 different charges.

Now, one more stupid question: Just why couldn't the British try these guys? Oh yea, its not P.C.

there was no crime committed in the uk, in fact the only way to prosecute was for the cases to be prosecuted in the same state that the internet server company used by his web sites was located. connecticut, usa.

that was the original request for extradition all those years ago.

^^Hummm...Living in England, but the cyber crimes were committed on the Connecticut internet? What am I missing here TAXEXILE?

I can reside in London, UK., and develop a website offshore and not be committing any criminal offense in England as my criminal activity was based on an internet web site on the American internet. Is that what you're saying?

so I can be a terrorist living in NYC, develop an offshore web site on terrorism and the training of terrorists, but as long as its being done on a web site outside the continental USA is fair game?

Fuk me silly, and I thought the world had better sense. Dumb ass me for sure. American law is really great, only to be outdone by international law. What a country.

On 27 May 2004, Hamza was detained on remand by British authorities and appeared before magistrates at the start of a process to try to extradite him to the United States. Yemen also requested his extradition. The United States wanted Hamza to stand trial for 11 counts relating to the taking of 16 hostages in Yemen in 1998, advocating violent jihad in Afghanistan in 2001, supporting James Ujaama in an attempt to establish a terrorist training camp in late 1999 and early 2000 near Bly, Oregon and of providing aid to al-Qaeda.[32][33] Ujaama is a U.S. citizen who had met Abu Hamza in England in 1999 and was indicted in the U.S. for providing aid to al-Qaeda, attempting to establish a terrorist training camp, and for running a Web site advocating global violent jihad.[34] Abu Hamza was in Britain throughout the relevant period.

Perhaps the Queen will forgive him and make an award of merrit, he shall be proclaimed Lord Abu Hamza. This will solve the mishap.

not so much your findings as your assumptions.

he was in prison in the uk for offences committed in the uk. for most of the past 10 years or so, the americans asked for his extradition on his release and ........ why dont you just look it up yourself.

^ I'm retarded that's why. Easier for me to follow your processes than mine. Everyone knows I'm crazy as a loon. Seems a bit ignorant of the Americans to actually ask for this asshole, but then they elected Obama. Strange people this US Justice system.

Personally I preferred having him ranting about in the streets of London. Waving his hook and rubbing his head on the asphalt outside Number 10. His constant reminders of what the Muslim world had become to the island nation was always a good source of ridicule for the British judicial system and welfare state.

The only good part of it was that he wasn't a "Born Again Christian." Talk about hard to swallow.

Quite right, the hooks, (pair) were removed as they are considered weapons. His lawyers have asked the court to let him retain his hooks as he looses his dignity when he takes a shit. He and the other offenders are currently asking for medical attention due to various illnesses, (contrived) to gain time and keep the court at bay. He goes to trial next week and its expected to last 8 weeks.

Seems the other two Muslims have killed or participated in the killing of over 200 people in bombings and shootings. They are also known to have held telephone conversations directly with Osama Bin Laudin pre-9/11. It was believed that one of these two were the head of Al Kiada in England/EU. Not exactly innocents in this trial. I still wonder why the Juristic system in England could not file charges and hold a trial there as the crimes were committed on English soil by English citizens. Yup! Dr. Hook is an English Citizen. "Perfect!"

^ It wouldn't be P.C. in the UK to call the asshole by his real name. When did all this start? 1986 when he arrived in England.
