It didn't go to trial you fool. He is changed with NOTHING for cutting off someones head, Muslim style.

You're sort of right. At the trial he pleaded not guilty due to insanity and the plea was accepted after expert witnesses testified that he was indeed a paranoid schizophrenic.

So the trial did not proceed to jury.
