Help with my gallery, please

Tried loading all of my "nice cup of tea" pics to my gallery (10 of 'em), and got an error message.

Got to this stage ok:

Successful Uploads

5 uploads were successful.

Please click 'Continue' to add the files to albums.

Then I picked my album and clicked 'Continue' and got this:

Error

Disk quota exceeded

You have a space quota of 10240K, your files currently use 10148K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota.

What's the deal? I've got 1 album and 64 files and I've reached my limit, but others (eg Hillbilly) have got 62 albums and 885 files.
