    Mhv

Whenever I got a thread that has one of these MHV videos on it, my computer locks up and I get the message that the program is not responding. I then have to shut down my Firefox and start again. I can still be on IE at the same time and do not have to resart my computer but this is annoying to say the least. What can I do to fix this? This happens even if I don't try to see the video, just go to the page the video is on.

    Thanks

Maybe you should stick with the old one!

I've got the new version (took a couple of mins to download ) and don't have any problems.

I got the latest version of Firefox and it's still doing the same thing. Where do I get this MediaPlayerConnectivity extension? Just googled it and found a bunch of extensions but which one or ones do I need?

Eliminator, has it just been doing it on this site for the last few days? As mine was fine a few days ago (smae version of FF) but crashes all the time now. Downloading new stuff is a problem for me as my connection is so slow

It's been doing it for quite some time and I used to get a Dr. Watson message but got that cleared up but still have this problem. I'm on true at 512/256 so don't know what's up with it.

I still can't play media files within Firefox with this extension, I have to "Save link as..." and play them outside.
But FireFox will not hang or crash on DD's ugly birds
