Look, why don't you just use the one of the bird with big knockers and say to yourself " this is what my baby will look like when she grows up"
Everyone will be happy and you will get loads of green blobs

ok I really don't know anything about animated gifs so this is basically a wild guess, download the working one, then in photshop or fireworks take each layer and reduce the quality of each layer, ie if it's 4 layers, make erm about 10kb each, I must admit I could be completely wrong though
