Uploading pictures problem

I am having problems uploading some pics

I managed to upload some, although some got lost somehow.

Now I get a message that

Error

You don't have permission to access this page.

even though I have already done various tasks

why and how to fix this?

I'm sorry, but you need a PhD to use the TD Gallery.....

The internet in Thailand is having a few problems, you got disconnected, you need to go back into the forum and then return to the gallery to get your access back.

try logging out , clearing all cookies and logging back in .............

The gallery kicks you out after a certain period of inactivity, you then need to go to the forum, make sure your logged in and then back to the gallery.
