TD is content rich but the content is dated. Needs updating. Care and feeding of content died with DD. Get content updated and visable on search engines. Will go a long way to getting more members.

Dump the escort ads.

Sort the ancient pic post process along with other not user friendly stuff.

Get rid of 90% of the doghouse threads.

Dump speakers corner or fix it.

Keep OPs that have fuck all to do with SE Asia or Asia at a minimum.

Plus a long list of other things that need to be done to revitalize the site.

A lot of work and gonna cost a bit but if TD is to improve, ownership must take the lead and as with Nike, just do it. Do nothing and it will remain as it is. A slowly but surely dying website.
