Sounds like the guy I met. Norton good on ya, fix the guy up then I know there is precedent for when I do something like that.

Norton, just had a text from fresh prince asking to thank you for trying to help, However he has had a reply to email saying they can't do anything to help.

Admin will know what his password is, so it just becomes a simple matter of him proving he is him isn't it?

don't mean to sound harsh BUT there wasn't too much effort in storing the log in details ........................
