Oh come on Moonraker. Don't tell me that you still think a bunch of Gulf Arabs could take a few flying lessons in light aircraft and then accurately direct 3 passenger jets into prominent US buildings.

Read up man. Watch the docs. They are out there. 'Loose Change' for example. There's tons of links to photographic/video evidence that prove it was all planned by Larry Silverstein and the Bush Govt.

And the missing passengers were killed on the ground, probably at the airport of departure.

Those explosives did not blow up on impact. They withstood hours of intense fire and were then exploded by remote control.

The trouble with conspiracy theorists is that they really do overrate the organisational abilities of those at the tops of various pyramids.
It's fascinating how cock-ups and apparent successes are all classed as part of the same system... the problem with that is, if everything is true, then nothing is (i.e. if everything is part of the same conspiracy; then nothing is).

Most, if not all, the stuff that looks like or is described as conspiracy is an *emergent* phenomena... rather like the way that the various shapes of features on the moon look a bit like a face.

Humans are evolved to look for patterns in everything, and it's part of human nature to develop these ideas... it's just an extension of pre-industrial superstitions... the conspiracist's mantra of "nothing is ever as it seems", must by implication, extend also to conspiracies themselves.

A paradox... not unlike the statement:
"This statement is false"
...if the above statement is true, then it's false; and if it's false; then it's true.

If it was deliberate, the apparent greed and negligence of one organisation means that there is a massive global conspiracy?

If Baxter Inc. deliberately tried to spread the disease, and were backed by the government, then why send the samples to third party labs? Surely if such a mistake/malicious act is to be discovered, it would be discovered by a laboratory?

Why do something that would give a very high chance of their dastardly plans failing?

Its generally very easy to detect a someone sooting conspiracy theory crap. they all use the same technique. they will state a 'fact' as an obvious truth and then go and guild their logical argument onto of this. I.E the reference to the sun being orange in my earlier post is.

In the case of sabrosky you have the "third building was obviously nothing to do with the two wtc towers and a controlled demolition" obvious and accepted truth, followed by the "arabs attending flight schools obviously couldn't learn enough to fly a plane like that". both cases he then builds this into an 'there had to be a conspiracy'.

9/11 truthers have simply fallen into the phycobable trap of believing that significant events must have significant causes. why not have a look at this this letter 'Confessions of an Ex-Truther', who is a little different to most of the people being linked to here, in that he changed his mind based upon evidence presented to him.

But then if you believe in a global media conspiracy, then i suppose he is just further proof, as is the bbc's documentary about the third tower, that the media is out there to pull the wool over our eye's

I suppose that its insignificant that pharms make their real money selling drugs for western lifestyle diseases. Personally if I were running one of these underground lets make lots of money out of GMO's I would be working on a highly resistant strain of Helicobacter pylori to get people back on long term anti ulcer drugs etc. In the phyco ops dept I would be making sure people kept living their unhealthy liftyles. anti virals and flu/hiv stuff would not interest me because the money is peanuts.

Anyway for those tin hats who are fed up of simply being sheep, here is a guide for inventing you very own conspiracy theory that'll seize the imagination of the masses, in 4 easy steps:

1. Pick your bad guy - government, big corporations etc. Ideally also pick on some shadowy, cult-like organisation which can supposedly be connected with your adversary. (I know The Da Vinci Code is fictional but, heh, Opus Dei was a good pick!)
   
2. Pick a major current event to base your theory on - especially an unexpected, shocking, visual event that's shared.
   
3. Develop your story - pick & choose your source info, construct a compelling story from it, and hey if something doesn't fit your story, reinterpret it! Sow uncertainty, query the official evidence, find new facts contradicting it.
   
4. Prepare your defence - be prepared to tweak your conspiracy theory around the edges should anyone point out any inconsistencies etc, but always hold to the core theory, emphasising that it's just a question of getting the evidence to prove its truth. And if others question your theory, well they must be in on the conspiracy too, mustn't they?

And above all don't forget to charge for attending any meeting and conferences; you will never need to work again.

That the drug company sent the samples to another another lab, for example, is so blatantly obvious that I'm surprised it took me as long to notice it as it did (about 10 minutes.

TBC however, has had that bit of information for how long? Weeks? Months? even years maybe yet in all that time he has not noticed what I did in 10 minutes.

Or perhaps he did notice but chose to ignore it?

What are your thoughts on the FEMA camps? No one has commented on those. This is one the sceptics love to brush over. The US has been setting up facilities across the country with hundreds of thousands of plastic coffins. The evidence is there. What's your thoughts Moonraker?
