Interesting, At 38 I went on this path to eat right, take care of myself. I looked back and said "OK, Half way there, better straighten up"

I trashed my body hard through High School, College and the subsequent working/partying years. I am also one of those extreme sports types and trashed my body physically, especially motorcycle racing. I think one of the biggest motivators is I did not want to go to doc one day and have him say "OK, you have high BP, cholesterol out of whack, Borderline diabetic, you are 50lbs over weight and your back ailments are nerve damage". Then have him toss me on a daily med regiment where my life is about taking pills. I see that so frequently now. Of course the " Daily Pill cocktail" causes ED issues and then Willy needs pills for that. No Thank you.

You are doing it right. Do it on your terms, not later when the Doc tells you "Now or Die" Life is then his, not yours.

Keep at it. Once you have a routine you will start to feel guilty you do not do it. That's when you know it is part of your life...a Good Part!.

I hardly ever do that - maybe once every 2 or 3 months. It keeps me on schedule and in the habit of going to the gym. Normally I follow the workout I posted above.
