I gave up cycling to work. A word of advice Nigel about peddling to work

It was a 5 mile journey, all uphill to work, when I finished at night it was all downhill home.
I used to get my speed up going down the hill on the way back and the momentum would take me halfway through this park I would turn into.
One evening after coming out of work and getting up to about 40mph in the slipstreamed position down that steep hill, I turned into the park, unaware that the fat ginger fuck I used to share some banter with, had took some air out of my front tyre.
I got thrown off the bike and was suddenly bouncing down the gravelly road. I could see myself approaching these really bright lights, Fuck I must be dead, oh hang on they're hallogen
Anyway the car and I came to a halt about a foot apart.
Some guy got out, asked if I was OK,
"Yea" I said with broken pride,as I hobbled away with a sprained ankle and half of my skin missing, picked up my mangled bike, dumped it in the park and rang a Taxi

    Oh, the advice-

Don't take the piss out of Fat Ginger Villa Fans

I used to cycle to work in Bangkok. Great until it pisses down.

Now I walk to work in my underpants.

Thanks for advice Sab but I am hardly likely to bump into any Villa fans here on the east coast town of Frinton on Sea dont you know this is a rather select area , we dont allow double deck buses inside the gates , or icecreams to be sold on the beach , even fish and chips are to be sold at least 1 mile away from our beach , we allow one pub here with strict opening hours 2nd bell 10.30 thats your lot ,, you would have more chance of getting a bacon sarnie at a Jewish wedding , than seeing anyone with a Villa scarf here
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

That aint no no chicken on the back of Nigels bike
it's a cock , and dread to think how leaning backwards a little,
    invigorates his ride to work...

Do you have a large pipe to smoke whilst riding it, along with a set of plus fours?

Strangely enuf mate this is no bone shaker ,,,,,,, infact I was gonna say one of the most comfortable rides I have ever had ( but that would be stretching it a bit ) but no it,s a beaut to ride ,, with those far eastern swept back handlebars and comfort seat ,,,,,,, sealed bearings all round ,,,, virtually maintenance free drum brakes ,,,,,,,, Sturmey Archer 5 speed ,,,,,,,, LED lights ,,,,,, were good to go Monday morn .

Saturday when I went into work I took a huge lined curtain in with me , put in me locker to cover it up in the warehouse with to stop all the crap blowing about over it ,, my boss said " Nigel you worry me sometimes " lol

Mind you Jan aint none too happy ,,,,,, allthough to be fair the patio doors do look a bit odd with one curtain pulled across .

Anyway now I have assembled that beast I shall be moving on to a couple of my other hobbies today watching the British Superbikes and as its a bit crap outside today I shall be relaxing in the ol conservatory attempting a watercolour landscape enjoy your hobbies !
