White House press conference yesterday said they are discussing releasing images of
Binny Boy in all his death and glory , to help quell the conspiracy rumors.

Do you want to see the death images ?

Or are you content the Rude Boy Rag Head is actually dead ...

We won't be seeing an "unedited" tape of the operation. May be a few bits released but not all. Releasing an unedited tape would reveal far too much info on the tactics of the assault team and will be used to shore up defenses of AQ or others who are potential targets of special OPs teams.

The pictures will get "released". Question is how. Official release by government carries some risk. I suspect enough pics will be "leaked" to media to quell speculation OBL may not be dead.

Unless I see credible evidence rather than opinions to the contrary, I am. If he was not killed you can bet we would have already seen a video showing OBL in all his glory addressing his followers.

Lets have a photo from the house and one from the burial at sea, if nothing else to stop the tin foil hat brigades nonsense.

The asshole is dead, they had no intention of taking him alive, that would have been a monumental mistake, it would have continued his influence and his symbolic value with the psychopath terrorists and sympathizers, trials and incarceration conditions etc. would have kept him in the media for years and years, and terrorists actions to pressure for his release would never end.

Now he has been shot down like a rabid dog and dumped at sea like so much garbage, not a proud way to go and not much for budding terrorists to aspire to.

Washing of the body wrapped in a cloth etc. aside, but without the big burial "party" of followers and then tipped in the sea by his enemy's = dumped as so much garbage.

The most important part is there will be no place for anyone to go or make a "holy martyrdom site" sailors will in the future crap and piss on it when they unknowingly pass the area.

I understand the political thinking behind it and the perceived need for the US state-department to soften the blow, with statements like - full Muslim burial has been given, and he was killed in a firefight, and that the Pakis aided, but we all know this is just so much spin bull, they where having a 3000 - 5000 man frigging celebration party on whatever US carrier OBL was dumped from, and that is just fine with me.

Burial at sea is by some Muslims in the press also claimed as wrong according to proper Muslim traditions! so I don't know? and I really don't care much either.

The good and best part remains the fact - that he is toast, job well done by the intelligence service, the seal team and Obama.

The reported death of Osama Bin Laden is just too good a lure for cybercriminals and scammers to pass up. We at McAfee Labs certainly anticipated this and have been tracking it since the first reports came out of Washington early this morning.
We have seen variations of what I can only call “expected lures”:

See video in which Osama bin Laden is shown holding a newspaper with today’s date and disprove his possible death reported by OBAMA.

Beware of any verbiage, subject lines in emails, or links via Facebook or Twitter that contain words like these–as they will almost certainly get you into trouble.

Should anyone make the mistake of clicking the link I circled, they are then directed to a site that downloads a small file onto their system that attempts to install itself. This file, detected currently as either “Heuristic.LooksLike.Win32.EPO.F” or “Artemis!7C4314D9690D” is in actuality a Trojan that steals data.

It certainly DOES NOT lead to the promised video because there is no released video! What it does do is spam your wall with messages trying to get people to do the same thing. Do not be fooled. Do not copy and paste, this or indeed any script asking you to do so in order to see ANY video.

Lastly we ran across a Word document entitled “Laden’s Death” that looks to contain an exploit of CVE-2010-3333. It crashed immediately when opened but managed to make 430 changes to the PC I was analyzing it on. Lots of changes to startup items, location settings and such

It is allowed with very specific instruction on how but only if burial in the earth not an option. This is likely the reason Muslims in the press claim burial at sea wrong.

Muslims burials must take place as soon as possible after death. Anything over two days is deemed unacceptable. Burial at sea so quickly after OBL's death would be in accordance with Muslim burial custom.
