Delivering and setting up new TV.

Just been I told I will need to pay extra for the kind Somchais that will turn up with a TV worth more than their entire family's net worth, to install and set it up.

What I want to know is this true? I have to pay for a level primary 2 educated monkey masquerading as an human being to install, program and setup the TV?
On the phone he explains this as OT (overtime).
