Thread: Unexpected Xmas pressie !

My brother gave me a litre bottle of gin for Xmas - nice

Was sampling it this afternoon and noticed that he had left the price sticker on it.

It was the same price as the normal 70cl bottle and bought at a well known local major supermarket company . ( will not tell you but begins with a 'T' and ends in an '0' !) went down there and got a couple more ! - no more cash.
An hour later I went there again after a visit to the ATM and some sharp eyed bugger had noticed that when they were restocking the bottles were bigger and had repriced them all ! Shit !
Still a happy end of the year and I now firmly believe in Santa
