Dry - south Sa Kaeo and the ground is cracking already. We missed the heavy rains/floods of recent months. Blue skies for the next few months, looking at Thai Met Office site, based on figures since 1961, we can expect up to one day of rainfall (up to 6mm!) before now and February.
