I went along to my local Kasikorn Bank on Thursday to change £2000, (£200 x 10) sterling travellers cheques and transfer the baht equivilent into my account.

As usual i asked someone to photocopy the cheques and my passport details before i went to speak with the teller.

Following the transaction the teller passed me a receipt for the transfer which read that i had deposited cheques to the value of £20,000, almost 1 million baht instead of almost 100,000 baht.

Should i -

1. Have asked for cash at that particular point?

2. Kindly inform her of the error and make light of it?

3. Say nothing and see what transpires?
